5 stars. Purchased tune-up through AAA deals. Checked the door, replaced the rollers. Tightened the connectors between the panels. Door is much quieter than before. I liked getting the email with employee pictures and information prior to appointment. Contractor kept in contact with me several times to let me know when they would arrive. Thank you! Very satisfied customer

I purchased a Amazon coupon, and I have to say Precision was very professional company to work with. Like the email appointment confirmation and scheduling was easy and timely. I unfortunately needed a new motor and the Amazon local cost coupon bonus value did not apply. The price for the motor replacement was higher than 2 other Garage Door companies. Shop around to get a better price
