LOL I had to laugh, cause I checked everything, read the manual, thought it was the motor... and yet within two minutes, he found the broken wire on the sensor.. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I'll keep them in my contacts for future problems... BEST part was, no "upselling".. That alone will get me to call again!

This was the third time we have called on Precision to do work for us , the first time I found them randomly on line and Tom the technician was very polite and helped me with my problem , I was very impressed so when we needed new rollers for our door we call them again and again they did an awesome job ( yes we got Tom again) well yesterday at the end of the day our spring broke on the Garage door and of course we had plans for the night but I called and and set up a service call for later that same evening but I got a call from Tom 15 minutes later saying he was on his way and I believe he was in and out replacing the springs and some badly damaged bushings in no time at all and again he was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing . I have already recommended Precision to friends

I chose precision garage doors at my sons advice, he had used you in the past. Tom came on time and was very polite and professional. I had two other company’s come and give me a quote. Your price was a staggering $2000. Higher than other two quotes. Thank you for your time but no thanks

Donovan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He tested out a possible fix, which did not work. Unfortunately my garage door is not a brand that Precision works on. Because they were not able to fix the problem they did not charge me for a service call. Because of their customer service I would definitely Precision. They are great people.

Precision Door was great. We called on a Monday evening and they sent someone out the next morning. Bobby, the technician, kept us informed about his arrival time and was very thorough explaining what needed to be done to fix our garage door. He gave us a quote on the spot and was finished with our complete garage door overhaul in about an hour. They also gave us a military discount. Very impressive service! For my garage door repair I called Precision at 9am, Tom was here before 11am and my system was rebuilt by noon. He had a keypad on his truck that completed the work without a second trip. Excellent work at a fair price leaving us completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Christmas Eve Broken Spring! Christmas Eve started out a bit rough as my car was stuck in my garage because on of my garage door springs has broken. After calling the company (was not Precision) that installed my door, they informed me that it would be several days before they could help me. My call to Precision was a huge relief! Within seconds into the call, the person helping me said the magic words; " we can definitely help you". And they did! On Christmas Eve, the technician, Donovan arrived ahead of schedule and cheerfully repaired the door. He professionally reviewed the estimate with some suggestions on other possible issues to consider. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door or just preventative maintenance . I love working with a company that wants to earn my business not by saying so but by showing me so from start to finish in the transaction. Thank you Precision for saving Christmas Eve!

Technician called and he showed up on time. He was done in a 1/2 hour and was clean and friendly. The parts were in little bit expensive but they offer a military discount. I would suggest getting the quote through an email.
