When we called we asked for an estimate to replace a broken torsion spring. We were told they couldn’t give an estimate over the phone and needed to come out. The service tech gave us a price which we thought was questionable and when told that he said they should have given you a approximate price over the phone. Conflicting statements by employees. So we paid $99 for information that should have been given over the phone. Disgusting!

Marc did a great job of repairing the springs, and installed new rollers and cables. He actually updated the whole door, and gave us a five year warranty. We are very happy with his expertise and how this door is good for another 12 years. Thanks again Marc, see you at City Park this summer.

Very highly recommended, and if you want great service, request Marc. Timeliness: Called around 8:45am, was given an immediate same day window of 12pm-2pm, with a potential to come sooner. Bill wanted to send someone out even sooner around 9am but I was unable to meet them. Service: Marc showed up just before 12pm, and was immediately cheerful and helpful. Marc was very knowledgeable and was able to help me resolve my issue in almost exactly 1 hour. If I ever have any issues in the future with my garage, I will definitely be calling back (and requesting Marc).

I've used this company and always been more than satisfied with the work. unfortunately the problem still persists. We can open the door but we can't close it. We have to keep the wall control depressed until the door is all the way down. I'll call on Monday to schedule another service. Thank you!

I called Precision late on Monday May 15th because my Garage Door would not open. They already had my information when I called so it was easy to ask when they could come out and fix the problem. They said they could put me on the schedule on Tuesday the 16th from noon to 2PM. They came early on Tuesday and was finished in a couple of hours. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will always recommend Precision to anyone who asked and I will always use them in the future. Great company and great people! The Technical Specialist replaced Springs, rollers and cables. Great Job!

A true 5-star business! I needed to either have minor repair to or replace my 18-year-old garage door opener. They were able to send a technician out the same day I contacted them. Donovan, the technician, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After inspecting and checking everything out he presented me with several well-defined options. The cost for each was the bottom line - no additional charges, taxes, etc. I chose to have a new opener installed with springs replaced. He had all the necessary equipment and completed the job in no time. He took the time to explain all the safety features, how everything worked, and even helped set up the app on my phone. I am super happy - it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend and will contact them in the future as needed.

I had a new unit installed about three months ago and had some problems with the keypad but precision took very good care of me coming out three times at no charge to make sure the issue is handled. Donovan, their service tech is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he was extremely helpful in helping me download the app and invite my kids so that in the event the keypad doesn’t work they can still get into the house. I would recommend this business for all your garage door needs. ??

The best service I've gotten in a long time. My wife and I left on a Saturday afternoon to do some shopping and got back home around 2:00 pm and the garage door wouldn't open and found that the spring had broken. I remembered seeing and advertisement for Precision Garage Door so figured i would try them. I went online and left a message thinking I wouldn't hear back until Monday. Around 3:30 I got a phone call and the person told me they could have someone to my house between 4:00 and 6:00 and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. The Tech (Donovan Wygant) called just before 4:00 saying he was about 10 minutes out. He did a full inspection, gave me a complete estimate and had the door working like new in about an hour. Donovan was very knowledgeable and informative. Thanks Again
