Excellent service. First time I used Precision was to replace a broken spring. Their technician Zac showed up on time and replaced the spring in timely manner and for the price I was originally quoted. Zac was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. After replacing the spring, Zac warned me that my old garage motor would probably need replacing soon. Well eventually the motor started having problems so I called Precision again to replace the opener. I was glad to see that Zac was the technician they sent out again. Once again he replaced the opener in almost no time at all for the price I was quoted. I would definitely recommend Zac and Precision to anyone needing garage door work.

My garage door torsion spring broke yesterday and I got it fixed today. Tyler was the technician that came out to take care of the service. We went over what I needed for an estimate and he did the work quickly and neatly. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I would suggest you remove the video off your website that mentions the lifetime warrantee for springs when you no longer offer it. That was one of the reasons I called your company.

We regret if there was any miscommunication with regards to the warranties we were able to offer to you on our springs at the time of our service. We should have better communicated that the garage door functions as a complete system, so the warranty options are quite dependent upon the findings of our 25-point safety inspection and the parts that are chosen to be repaired or replaced. There are still instances where we are able to offer warranties up to, and including, a ‘limited lifetime warranty,’ however most of the common repairs that our customers choose will generally come with a warranty on our springs that range anywhere from 90-days to 5-years. We will look to your feedback as a teaching opportunity so that we can improve our communication with our customers in the future. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again if needed.

I found you through your website and called. The woman who handled my call was courteous and efficient. I received a follow up call and was happy that you work on weekends. Your tech Bobby R. showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem which instilled confidence in me. He installed a new motor and drive in less than an hour. He answered all my questions. I was hoping the motor could be repaired but it could not. It was 16 years old. I got good value for my money and won't have to even think about my garage door again. I received 5 Star service!
