I was looking online for a company that could troubleshoot an issue with our double garage door. Precision door was able to do the work the next day. Josh was very courteous. He explained what was causing the issue and what would fix the problem. He was also clear about what didn’t need to be done which I appreciate. Tech called ahead of his arrival which was right on time. The problem was explained and solutions and cost was discussed. Once we had decided on the repair that fit our needs and budget the repair was quickly done. Everything from the arrival time to the final payment and warranty processed was done very professionally. So far, we've gotten two estimates from garage door companies to replace doors that were damaged in the recent hail storm. I called on a Sunday because my spring broke on the garage door opener. They set my appointment for Monday. Within a few minutes they called and said a technician was in the area and could come by right away. Within a couple of hours I was back in business and my garage door was fixed. The technician was very friendly and explained everything, because I know nothing about garage doors. Thank you for your help. Very much appreciated!

Precision did a wonderful job from the representative who scheduled our time to Tom who did the work. The scheduler was thorough and accurate, and pleasant. Tom was on time after calling to tell us he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue of a broken spring and found some bearings close to failing. All replaced and running beautifully in one hour! Would gladly recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.

Great customer service! Initial phone call was handled perfectly. They gave me the window for service and Tom was at my door within 30 minutes. Tom diagnosed the problem immediately and recommended a solution. He had all the parts on his truck and fixed the garage door springs in an hour. The torsion spring on my garage door broke. I gave Precision Garage Doors a call and they had a tech here in less than three hours on the same day. Tom was the tech. He was extremely polite and completed the work in under an hour. The price he quoted and the work he performed were both excellent. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future to replace my chain driven door opener with a belt drive opener. It is great to have a company you can trust.

We got new garage door controls and engine for our previous house. Excellent LiftMaster product, fast installation. In our new house with an old LiftMaster, we got your help to get our remote and keypad working after we tried it ourselves only to get the door to go up or down when our neighbor opened or closed their garage door.
