Extremely quick response to my request for a maintenance appointment for my 3 garage doors. The technician was scheduled for 8am to 10am window the morning following my request. The technician (James) called 20 minutes before his arrival at 9am. He was efficient in his assessment of the work to be done & in performing the needed work. He also gave me a quote for the repairs needed that was accurate. The work was performed expeditiously and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

My technician, Donovan, arrived within the designated response time. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with the garage door, how it should be repaired and then repaired it quickly and efficiently. Never did I feel pressured to replace or repair anything. He just made suggestions and only did what I agreed to repair. Donovan is a great asset to your company.

Bobby, Technician with Precision, has been very helpful with replacing the rollers and springs, and cables on a 25 year old garage door. He has given me information on how to oil and keep it working well. He just stopped to adjust the "eyes" of the door that became loose. He educates as he's doing the work. I appreciate Precision's work and timely response to calls.

It's hard to know where to start. Door blew up on when we went to close it at 8 pm at night -- so it was totally open and we were exposed. Had to park the pickup against the house to make it touch. The text response after 8p was immediate on their site. The questions were super focused. The tech showed when they said. He called on the way. He assessed and offered options. The work was first rate. My garage was safe and locked within 15 hours of breaking on a Sunday night. Truly perfect execution of a service path to a five star rating. Amazing.

Broken spring left us unable to travel on a Saturday. Called Precision which works on weekends, got an appointment. Tech arrived a bit early, fixed it in about a half hour, with a much better quality spring than had been on the door originally. 5 stars.

Robby Rubesne was terrific. Sized up the situation, saw the trolley was somehow missing one bolt and replaced it in 5 minutes. He's a young man, bright and a gentleman, told me everything else regarding my garage was just fine and, I didn't need a thing. Further, he advised me to use WD-4 once a year to lubricate the trolley and related hinges, which I just did. And, he didn't even charge me a trip charge. I asked him why and, he says I'm a repeat customer, which I am and, he wants to treat repeat customer in such a manner. This is now the 3rd time I've used them over nearly four years and, each time was terrific, that is to say, 5 stars. What more could I add!

I called late in the day thinking I would not get any service till the next day. We got scheduled in one hour and only took about a hour for the work. Unreal. I can't remember the last time I experienced this level of customer service. I called late on a Saturday afternoon, talked to real human, and they were here on Sunday (no extra charge). Up in the foothills, no less. The techs were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. I'm keeping their number on file.

I had a "reversing" garage door problem. Technician re-alinged the sensors then had to come back to re-set the tension and also lubricated the rail--ALL AT NO CHARGE!! Fantastic service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dale arrived early, after calling first to be sure it was convenient. Awesome! Then he repaired our door, lubed the others, and explained other services that I might think about. He had all the right tools, parts, and knowledge to do the repair quickly. Also awesome! No return trips to the shop for parts and no delays. Does this really happen nowadays?

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the person that came to repair my garage door was really nice, and showed up on time. The cable came off of the track on my garage door, and I called Precision to come and fix it. He told me it would be $225 for him to fix it. I don't know much about garage doors, and assumed it must be a more difficult fix than I thought, so I said ok. It took him less than an hour to fix my door, and it was fixed with all of my original parts(there were no parts included in the price) When he wrote my invoice it came out to $290 for less than an hour of his time. When I questioned why it was more than his original quoted price of $225 he said there was a $65 service fee. Sorry, but $290 for a simple job that took less than an hour seems a little steep to me. I wish I would have checked Yelp reviews instead of just their website reviews before I called them. Their Yelp reviews seem more accurate than their own website reviews.

Getting a hung door back in to its tracks is on of the most dangerous jobs for the technician and as it relates to the potential damage of your door. Dale Young was the service tech, and he did a great job. Our doors are 25+ years old and were showing signs of their age. After suggesting a number of options, Dale and I agreed that new springs and openers would be the best approach, and the results were honestly amazing. Dale never tried to "sell" me on anything - just laid out all the options and allowed me to make the best decision for us. I didn't go for the cheap "short term" solution and have no regrets that we did the right thing. The doors are like new and so much quieter than before.

Had a problem with my garage door not closing, called your company and in 4 hours I had a service man at my house up in the mountains and he not only corrected the problem but did a full inspection and maintainence on the door for under a 100 dollars which was a huge bargain.
