Review:

I had a broken cable. Tom was our technician. He was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do, quoted a price, then had it all fixed in 30 minutes. He also inspected all the other hardware and except for a broken hinge (which he replaced) gave it his thumbs up. The final price (with a senior discount) was reasonable. Thanks Tom. You did a great job.
