very professional and honest. tried to remedy the problem first before offering replacement mechanism. very friendly. I had a lot of questions which they were very patient with. took the time to answer them all. not in a hurry to finish job and leave. gave me the time that I needed, Looked at BBB rating on website before calling. I contacted Precision to schedule an appointment and they were able to stop by the same day! Donovan arrived early, described everything clearly, and was polite and friendly. He gave me three options (Good, Better, Best) of how we could solve my garage door issue. All the items/parts needed to complete the job were in his truck and my service was complete in about 2 hours!

Precision did a fantastic job fixing my garage door. Tom called in advance and showed up two hours before his scheduled time. After replacing my broken springs he inspected other components like bearings and rollers and recommended replacing those also. Tom had all the parts on his truck and within an hour my door was working perfectly. I still can't get over how quite my garage door operates now. Thanks Tom and Precision!!

We found Precision on the internet and originally called for an estimate on a new garage door opened. After Tom accessed our needs his recommendation was to replace some rollers and hinges that were broken and balance the door. This solved our problem and saved us money. Thanks Tom!

Tom arrived on time and determined the problem to be worn out cables. He informed me the cost of the cables and service and I agreed to the cost. He installed the new cables and the garage door works great. I've had Tom work on my garage door before and he is very professional.

I purchased the garage door tune up. It included checking everything out checking everything out and replacing rollers. The technician found I had a broken hinge and replaced that and also found one of my sensors was going out. I had wondered for awhile why my door wasn't closing all the time. He replaced the sensor at minimal cost and the hinge and now my door is much quieter and has a new lease on life. I don't think I'll have any problems with it from now on. I wish I would have done this sooner!
