Precision responded quickly on a Saturday morning after a mishap with the back of my car crunching the top of my garage door. I called at 8:30am, Bobby was here by 11:15am. He replaced the necessary piece, placed the wheel of the door back on track and was finished by noon, very expedient.

Precision Door Service arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next day to complete the repair as they had to go to a supply shop to get a new opener. At both visits, the technicians were extremely knowledgable and professional and even went above and beyond to attend to some smaller details. I highly recommend them!

Same day service important. Close to a five star but just a hair short as I had to clean off multiple greasy fingerprints from front, bottom of the door. Otherwise, James did a quick installation of new springs and rollers and was professional. Coming back Saturday for installation of new opener.

After a recent repair had been made by Precision Door Service earlier this spring, there was a failure of the door to open again this morning. We called immediately to let them know of the problem and they came out this afternoon and fixed the problem promptly. We do appreciate this prompt service, at no charge by the way, and were assured that if anything similar happened again, they would make sure we were taken care of.

The service was prompt and efficient. This was the first company I "googled" and they worked out great. No idea if someone could have done the work cheaper, but I don't care. Great experience! Bill and Bobby were both top notch professionals. Bobby replaced both of our garage door openers the same day we called. We recently moved into this house and were having problems with function, remotes, and security codes on the (very) old units. We are very pleased to have all new garage door openers and could not be happier with the quality of service and fair pricing. Would highly recommend Precision.
