Amazing! This service was amazing! I called on a whim expecting to have to schedule a week out and they sent a tech within a couple of hours. Marc showed up after he called a head. After opening the garage door and hearing the noise and seeing the garage unit he immediately knew it needed to be replaced. He walked me through what that entailed. We agreed and he had it done soon after. He was nice, knowledgeable, and the overall experience was lovely!

WAY over charged, $1500 for opener and springs is rip off. There was pressure on elderly home owner to do it now so don’t have extra service charges. Only got 1 opener for car, should have been 2. Did not get outside panel to open door. Unable to program opener to car Homelink system, installer of no help. No input on quality of new opener, don’t know if it’s a good brand or not. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend Precision to anyone.

I called on a Sunday because my spring broke on the garage door opener. They set my appointment for Monday. Within a few minutes they called and said a technician was in the area and could come by right away. Within a couple of hours I was back in business and my garage door was fixed. I called the Company in the morning to see when I can get a technician out and she had an appointment set up for that same day in the afternoon. The guys were very efficient, professional and very nice. The repair lasted about 20 mins and they were there do a total of 40 mins to diagnosis the problem, do the repair, and then go over everything with me and take my payment. I would highly suggest calling them for any of your garage door problems.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Precision (their 24 hour emergency number is located on our garage wall). They came out the next day, which was critical as we couldn't get our car out of the garage. The crew was professional and thorough. They took apart the garage door and did an assessment, explained my options for repair. It took about 20 minutes for them to do the repairs. A broken spring is expensive (like most things these days). All and all a good experience and we will definitely be using them again!

I would have given higher that a 5 star if I could have. I had another company, Garage Door Service, install a new garage door opener. The work and service was TERRIBLE, plus they charged me $1,800.00 for it. After much complaining, they lowered the price, but I still didn't feel comfortable with their work. I called Precision Door and Bill sent Donovan out to check it out. He fixed everything that was done wrong and he replaced the rollers for me, he was a perfect gentleman and explained everything to me in detail. The price was great and I even got the senior discount as I am 70. I will tell everyone about Precision Door as my experience with them was fantastic! Thank you so much for your service and for sending Donovan, he was great!

The spring broke this morning on a 6 year garage door. I called at 1pm and Brett was here by 2:30. He replaced both springs and was done in under 1 hour.
