From the initial online chat to schedule an appointment at my convenience to the "heads up" call on the day of service, the communication with Precision exceeded my expectations. Our tech Brett was great - he was prompt, polite, asked good questions to try to diagnose our issues and then offered options to address. We threw him a major curveball and he graciously rolled with it and ended up installing a whole new opener system that same afternoon. He walked us through everything after the install was complete, left our garage clean and there were no surprises with the final bill because he had already explained the costs before he started working. Would recommend Precision and Brett to anyone in need of overheard door help.

Colton was here at 1:45 looked at the door advise led what was wrong and fixed it all within the same day. In addition to repairing the broken spring, we opted to replace the rollers that were showing wear. The door is now very quiet now - like rolling on butter. Nothing but positive things to say about my technician Brett and Precision. My door stopped working unexpectedly and not really knowing who to call, I did a Google search and Precision was the first result so I called because it said they were open 24hrs. This was around 6pm and I spoke with a nice person who got me an appointment for the next day around 2pm since I couldn't be available for a morning appointment. Around 10am or so I get a call from Brett asking if he could come earlier and we agreed upon 12pm and he showed up on time. I explained my problem and he was able to immediately assess the culprit which I didn't fully comprehend the evening before. He did a full diagnostic check of the garage door system to identify if anything else was causing the concern. Brett recommended some other parts that could be replaced now but were not necessary for the main issue. Being a former automotive service advisor I appreciated how he broke down the repairs and let me know what was needed now to make my door operational and cautioned what could be needed for the future. At first I decided to just get new springs but then I changed my mind and decided for the bearings and rollers too since all those parts work together and the bearings and rollers were old and showing wear. I didn't want to worry about dealing with another mishap down the road however soon or far away it might have been. I went out to the garage while he was working on the springs asked him if I could add it all and he said sure that is no problem and the best part is he had all the parts with him. So thank you Brett and Precision for being prompt and responsive and letting me know of things to keep an eye on for the future! I also like that there is a 5yr warranty for the parts. I highly recommend!

I have nothing but the highest praise to give Brett as he was here right on time and gave the problem(s) a good looking over. He diagnosed the MAIN issue quickly as one of the cables had snapped and causing the door to twist as it was being lifted by the one good cable. He also noted the rollers were very worn and suggested I replace them. He then gave me a complete job estimate so were knew what we were looking at. I signed the paperwork and he was off and getting it DONE! 20+ minutes later he had completed everything and we walked thru what he had done and showed how smoothly and without problems the door now worked.
