Called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time (in fact early/communicated). Was able to fix door that was inoperable and also did minor fixes to other door. Was able to explain everything to me in layman’s terms and was very thorough. Fair price for repair - $350 included parts, labor, and the upfront visit fee. Definitely did not get the feeling they were trying to upsell at all; it was all about a complete fix at a fair price. Totally satisfied.

Excellent service. Ed, the technician, was prompt and courteous, and diagnosed the problem within seconds of his arrival. One of the sensors was damaged beyond repair, and Ed replaced both sensors (they come in pairs) within minutes. I will recommend this company to friends and family.
