I had a garage door installed from your company 5 years ago and when I needed service immediately reached out to you. I just needed to have the bottom seal replaced. Working with your company is very easy and I appreciate the text message on when the Precision Employee would be out and a picture of what the employee would look like. My thanks to Chet Shrader for coming out when he said he would be at my house and his review and recommendations on my garage door. Very well done Chet I have to say I was very surprised on the cost for this service and taken aback a bit. I understand the initial charge to come to the house but to just replace a bottom seal on a garage door and what was charged was much more expensive then what I expected.

ED was awesome, He fixed both sides of my garage that were pretty much unusable and the wheels were squeaking before but now the mechanism is so quiet and the operation so smooth. I can now park my car indoors during rough weather and for that I am very grateful for the service. ED was also very pleasant to interact with and He explained everything very clearly. I will be using precision again for spring maintenance work and more improvements.

We chose Precision Door because they had the best Google rating in our area. Chet made us feel confident in our choice when he came to give us our estimate. Our installer Mike made an error when installing our new door. The bottom didn't seal properly. I was not home to give my input when the job was being done. He told my wife that if she went to Home Depot, she could get a different seal to solve the issue. This upset me because we just spent all that money and this guy wants us to fix it ourselves? No way. We called back and they sent Chet back to our house. Chet is very experienced and easy going. He solved the issue within 20 minutes. Despite having the hiccup I am happy with our door and would use Precision again in the future.
