Telephoned on Sunday, expecting to get voice mail. A live person answered. She was very cheerful, courteous and professional. Set appointment for Monday morning between 8 am and 10 am. Technician called shortly after 8 am stating he was in route to arrive in approximately 15 minutes. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He observed the problem, explained what needed to be done, he cleaned up the work area, replaced items that he had moved to gain access to the side of the door to make the repairs. All work was completed by 11 am. I highly recommend this company.

Our door spring broke, called Precision because of their ratings. Bryan, our Technician , arrived on time and inspected the door and all operating hardware. He then gave us three different options , explaining all the differences and details. When we made our choice, he went right to work and amazingly completed, what we thought was an extensive overhaul of door and system in an hour and a half. He then went through the invoice and also gave us an estimate for a new opener should we need it in the future. Bryan exceeded our expectations and is a great representative of Precision.

The service was excellent. Came shortly after call was made. It was after hours and had to pay extra but had no choice because the spring was broken. I had an important appointment the next day which I couldn't miss. Jasen Emanis the technician explained everything and had everything working in quick order. He double checked everything before leaving. It wasn't cheap but I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend the technician and Precision Garage Door. If needed I will certainly call them again.

I recently contacted Precision for a problem with my garage door opener. They were able to come out the next day and even came earlier than the scheduled time. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He took time to explain things in detail and the options available to fix the problem.
