Out the day after I called. Kept in touch that day on where I was in the queue. Called a half hour before arrival. Fixed the problem quickly and pointed out additional fixes (good salesmanship!). Would definitely recommend them.

Called late at night for appt. The next day the technician called prior to arrival on timely basis. He check the door for the proper fix and was done in timely fashion in workman like manner as he said was needed.
