I called Precision regarding a faulty key pad and within an hour Brian was here and the pad was replaced! Obviously, the stars were aligned properly for this to happen in such a short time span but it would have been impressive for even same day service. Brian was outstanding. Sharon, in the office started the ball rolling and we are very pleased with Precision!

I was impressed with the website for Precision and the fact this company uses better parts for garage door openers. Hence when my garage door opener stopped working, I called Precision and they offered to come out the same day. Joe was the technician who came out and pointed out the problems with my current door opener. He then made several recommendations. I am thrilled with my new garage door opener. It is quiet, smooth, and wonderful. Love it and very glad I chose Precision. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our installer Lee was very knowledgeable and efficient. We ended up replacing the system, rather than repairing the current 14 year old one. After weighing all the options that Lee explained, we are comfortable that we made the best decision. Lee also did a very good job in explaining the system and how we can program the system for multiple openers.

Very quick response to our phone call and on -time service. The serviceman diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to correct the problem from a "patch" job to a long term fix. We are very pleased with the service, the solution and the new equipment. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
