I've needed garage door & opener work done 3 times in the last 8 years. The first 2 times I got screwed- poor work and over charged. This time Precision came out- fixed my problem, fixed problems left by the previous 2 fly-by-nights and charged me less then either of the first two. Highly recommended. I won't call anyone else in the future!

Mr. Keith Allen came out to fix our garage door and we were very happy with the service preformed, they were there at the time they said they would arrive and the service was an easy fix and alot less expensive then I had anticipated. Keith was professional, courteous, and helpful. A job well done. I will certainly call Precision for any of my garage door needs. P.S. I found them advertised on Fox 13 News.

Technician Tom Vaugn did the installation years ago. Then he came and did the reset today. The reset was required due to a power shut down for my house and garage tenting for termites. I’ve had years of trouble-free performance. Thank you to Precision and Tim. Nicest people in the office, too!

The service man that came to my house was very polite and patient explaining my new outside opener. Evan though my door is less than a year old he checked it out and lubricated the springs so that it closed a little smoother and with less noise. Before he left he again asked if I had questions about my new opener. I would be happy for him to check out any problems that might arise in the future.

I called at 7:25am because my spring broke on the garage door. By 11:45am the same day the door springs were replaced. The technician also reviewed the history of my door and found that the spring was at no cost because it was covered by a 7 year warranty. I was only charged for the service call. Very pleased.
