Great customer service! Logan was awesome, he let me know exactly what was needed and made the whole process very easy! He quickly replaced the broken spring and suggested the barrings be replaced as well. My system was original to the house from 2005. The update was definitely needed and the quality service from a friendly and professional technician is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I have to call Genie to help with setting up the access through wi-fi on my phone. We are very happy with the service that your company gives. Our door spring broke after 8 PM on Saturday. I chatted with Cameron on your website chat section. He set up everything for Travis to come and repair our door at noon today. Cameron and Travis were both very professional. We now have new springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. We also now have a seven-year warranty. Thank you for doing things the way that you do. i give you 5 stars and an extra gold star for Travis and one for Cameron.
