Precision door now has my business. My door had a diy garage door install and the difference between diy and Precision is a quiet smooth running door. I wanted to give them business a year or so ago but because I think they were so busy I could not get them. But this time I was able to chat with someone this morning to set the appointment and by 2 pm they were hot on it. I took their advice for the long haul and I feel. Am in great shape for years because I feel I have quality not cheap diy. Now for Arnold he is the best service man and so helpful. Able to answer the questions I asked. Very personable. He knew his stuff and shared his knowledge about how to handle the door. I now feel I have a personal contact with Arnold from now on and h will come help me if my door needs to be checked. What a totally pleasant experience. Courtney was a perfect salesperson who was completely knowledgeable about every technical aspect of their product which made it much easier for me ask questions and make an informed decision. She gave me the facts, just the facts, and imposed no high-pressure sales pitch which allowed me to intelligently decide on the product that was best for my needs and budget. She was out here twice and perfectly punctual both times. On both occasions she was pleasant, courteous, and professional. The installer, Jesus, arrived on time after giving me a text message with his anticipated arrival time. After arriving and introducing himself he asked if I had any questions or concerns then he immediately got to work. He was a very hard worker whom I could tell was going to do a perfect job installing our new garage door. As he proceeded with a keen attention to detail, he would pick-up every part/piece/scrap on the floor and dispose of it keeping our garage neat & tidy and keeping his work space completely safe. When it was all finished, everything (the remotes, the opener, the keyless opener outside, and both of our cars' access buttons) worked perfectly. I most highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Clearwater.
