I have used Precision in the past and I have always been pleased with their service. They will come on the same day and they always arrive on time. I had numerous issues repaired yesterday due to the age of my garage door. Robert was very professional and he gave me many options to choose from. He also went above and beyond and repaired by garage door keypad which was hanging from the wall. It was a ver y welcome surprise.

We requested an estimate for a spring repair. The office staff was courteous, but they did not provide us with accurate information regarding the estimate. When we set up the appointment, we were clear that we only needed one spring replaced. The office gave us a price range for what replacing one spring would cost, but failed to tell us that they would not agree to replace only one spring. The technician that came to the house was great. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. When the technician arrived, he explained that even though only one spring was broken, both would have to be replaced per company policy. That information should have been provided upfront, as it significantly altered the estimate initially provided.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude for the service you rendered when my garage door broke with two cars stuck inside. Your service man Arnold, arrived on time and thoroughly explained my options. I informed him that I would need to think about the repair because of the cost and so he packed up his tools and went to his truck. He came back and told me that his boss said he would do the work for free and Merry Christmas. I could not believe it. I had never gotten a gift in that price range before. $662 for 2 springs installed. Technician did a good job, but when I called I said I had one spring broken and needed a quote to determine if I should do the job myself. I was told $105 to $300. After seeing the price of springs on Home Depot for around $70, I figured it would be less than $300. So, bottom line, maybe I didn’t ask enough questions. But $300 a spring with 7% shop fees and a $20 transpo fee is the real cost.

Arnold Simpson was the technician that serviced my garage door and was terrific. He should up on time asked me questions about my door, promptly ascertained what needed to be done, and also gave me a list of what I should keep my eye on going forward. He told me what we needed to do today, quoted me a price. Job was done my garage door hadn't ever run this quiet or smoothly, and the price was exactly what he quoted me -- Highly recommend Precision

originally scheduled for tech to come out between 4 & 8 on Friday. Got call at 12:45 saying one was available between 1 & 2 - took it & within 15 minutes he was at the house. Broken spring after only 2 1/2 years of usage, replaced with premium springs & hopefully they will last longer. Jeremy was friendly, quick & very informative. Great working with him today.

The Technician, Josh Battle, arrived on time and completed the repair in an extremely professional manner. He was personable and efficient and called ahead as requested. I was pleased with the response time; I called Sunday evening and he arrived on Monday morning. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the price of the repair; 840.00 for repair of a broken spring seems exhorbitant and somewhat outrageious (no fault of the Technician, as he does not set the prices). I feel was obviously over the barrel with a non-functioning garage door and was taken advantage of regarding the price charged. Summary: Work excellent; price terrible.

Great job, Travis. We installed a NEW garage door opener; however, it wouldn't go down. Travis came and checked it out and we had done everything right; however, the sensors were bad and and put in new sensors and programmed our remotes and installed the remotes, etc. THANK YOU very much as we were losing our minds trying to get it to work.
