After the technician left, I tried closing the garage door with the remote, and it did not work. I tried to pair it with the opener, and it did not pair. I then realized after all this; it was the remote. I purchased a new remote, and voila, it works fine.

I contacted Precision (on a Sunday morning) and spoke to an actual person that gave me an appointment for the very next morning. That meant a LOT to me and eased my anxiety over the situation considerably, since both vehicles where in the garage and I could not get them out!

We met the Precision Team when our garage door quit working on a Friday night. The original installers didn't answer (and didn't even respond to messages until 9:00 Monday morning). Precision, on the other hand, were very responsive. A tech was at our house bright and early Saturday morning to untrap our cars. Precision in the follow up work, proved to be communicative, responsive and excellent technicians. Excellent service was provided from beginning to fixing the issue. They have a new customer in us!

I paid over $600 to have my garage door repaired by Precision Garage. A week later the garage door was not closing smoothly. I called to report it and the same technician came to look at it. He claimed it was fine and did nothing and charged me a $49.00 service call. I don't recommend this company. No concern for their customers! Terrible!!!
