I called expecting a answering machine, I got a live person, so far so good. I explained my situation they asked me few questions as I expected! The last question was are you available tomorrow, Isaid yes of course. The service tech called 1 hour a head of the time scheduled. The technician arrived with every part needed to do the repair correctly the 1st time. When finished he cleaned everything up retested the door. Hayden went above and beyond to repair broken cables on garage door. The garage was very hot and full of furniture which made it difficult to get to the door cables. He climbed over furniture to reach the area he needed to work on. He never complained about anything and repaired the cables and replaced the eye sensors on two other doors. He came on time and was very professional. I would recommend Precision doors to anyone looking to repair their doors.

He was able to repair my wiring and replace my garage door springs and reset and adjust my garage door opener. They had a tech out at my house by 8:30 and it was fixed completely by 10a. I couldn't ask for better service than this. I wish every company had this level of customer service. I have not ever submitted a review but this experience I had share and give thanks. I was referred to Precision from a friend and the other day I put a call in for a repair and was prepared to have to wait a week for an appointment. The lady I spoke with was very down to earth/friendly and to my shock she told me a technician would be out same day within a couple of hours and especially surprised given it was close to late afternoon. Further to my shock, the technician Chad called within 5 minutes advising he would be here in 15 minutes and arrived on time as stated. Chad was very friendly/professional and had it repaired even though it went beyond 5:00 when most companies I've dealt with would not do so. This was absolutely the best all around customer service I've ever experienced and would refer your team within a heart beat. Thank you and best wishes for continued success!
