Company came out and viewed the project. I received many phone calls asking how the tech did, BUT TO DATE after asking Many Times for the ACTUAL QUOTE for the work, I still cannot get it. They say it is being sent or has been sent. It's a classic case of process has got in the way of customer service.

Called to set an appointment in mid January. Came to my house a couple of days later. I agreed on a door and motor and paid 50% deposit. About a week later they called asking if they could come by the house next day to get permit signed. I informed that I would be in my office and asked if they would come there. they said they would get back to me. Its been almost a month and haven't heard back since. On Thursday February 18th I called and informed the person on the line of this. They said they would have someone contact me right away. its now Monday afternoon February 22, and haven't heard from anyone. the jury is still out on this company. I'll write another review soon to let all know whether the issue has been resolved.
