We were told the ONLY parts that needed to be replaced to put the door in working conditions would be the springs and hinges. And we're given 3 options; option 1 was chosen since was the less expensive and the only necessary. After the work was done, the technician came with one more part that needed to be replaced, he should said that since the beginning. At the end we have to pay the same amount that was given in the second option for the replacement of many more parts . The technician should give the OPTIONS in writing; avoid that he changes his mind later on. At the end we had to pay more money just for replacing the springs, hinges, and rollers. Great sales man. Yes, we purchased 3 products, springs, hinges, and rollers, they were replaced not repaired, but you do not have the option in the review.

On 6/16/16 Kevin Phillips installed my 3rd garage door opener. And next month he will install my 4th garage door opener. Mr. Phillips is the best and most professional and knowledgeable person that has ever installed a garage door for me. Mr. Phillips was very courteous, he did not take a break. Andy Hecker and his helper stopped by todayto see why my GD was operating by itself. Of course it would not do it so they checked the circuit board and possibly found a problem. A solder joint fell out. Andy suggested replacing the unit. Which I agree to. Both guys were very pleasant and courteous and explained everything to me.

We chose Precision Door Service from our Angie's List Catalog to ensure that we received qualified customer service as well as repair service, and we were not disappointed. We originally purchased the $99 Roller replacement package, but decided to get an overhaul with the 10 year Warranty, since we had never had any repairs on our garage door in 19 years. Kevin Phillips, our Technician, was polite and knowledgeable about his job and never hesitated in answering our questions honestly. Price was not what I expected though! person on the phone gave me misleading at worst and incomplete information at best. spring replacement was almost twice what I paid Express Garage Door on another house a few months ago. Too bad because I did like the service, just not enough to pay double the rate.

Our technicians provide a 25-Point Safety inspection on every door. Then they provide our customers with permanent solutions to repair all items that failed our inspection. We feel your door needed more work than just replacing the extension springs and lubing the door. Our suggested repairs came with a 10-Year Warranty. Although we were not able to repair your door we appreciate the opportunity.

I called late in the morning and after explaining the problem with our garage door to the customer rep she told me that there was a tech near our house and that he would be in our house between 12 and 3. To our surprise Nick came in just after 1200, inspected the garage door and fixed it within an hour. Overall performance: Outstanding customer service from the initial phone contact and then with prompt response and professional service.

First I would say that Precision door has a fantastic website. Nick called about an hour before showing up to let me know he was coming. Once here I informed him of my issue (broken spring) and he did a full inspection of all rollers, hinges, etc. He pointed out things he noticed in his inspection. He then provided me a good better and best quote and I choose the best. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty on all parts. Nick completed the job within an hour and a half. He showed me the quality parts he was installing compared to the cheap looking stuff I had placed. Overall I could not be more pleased with the service Nick provided me and the unbelievably quite garage door I now have. I would like to thank Nick for the fantastic job that he performed. He represents Precision Door in a very professional, knowledgeable and kind manner. Call precision door and you won't be disappointed.
