Super professional and detailed. Our technician came out on a Saturday night and spent nearly 4 hours taking care of us and the problem and suggesting remedies. In the end we needed a lot more than we thought but price was reasonable and he was very honest and knowledgeable.

We woke this morning, a Saturday, with plans to accomplish only to discover both our cars were trapped inside the garage where an overhead spring had broken and taken out the side cables, too. I called Precision around 7:00 AM and had Will at our doorstep by 10:30. He was pleasant, professional and worked hard over the next 2+ hours to get us functional again. While it was a significant expense we weren't expecting, it was good to have it taken of in this manner.

My call was answered on the first ring and the service rep found my name and address immediately since I was a previous customer. The service tech (Billy) showed up within an hour as scheduled. He was polite and professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the problem and what repairs would be needed. He had the parts and made the repairs quickly. I was not charged since it was still under warranty for service they completed many years ago. I wish all companies had such great people and a solid commitment to customer service.

My garage door stopped working on a Saturday. Thank goodness Precision understands not everything happens conveniently Monday through Friday between 8 and 5. My technician, Jon, was great. He was professional, friendly and got the door working quickly. I would recommend Precision without reservation.

I called Precision Doors this morning to repair a broken garage door motor that would not function and had a skilled repair person, Blake Furukawa at my house within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary replacements and repairs. The efficiency in operation and reduction in noise to open and close the garage doors is pretty incredible

Excellent. Called today to check if they had put my door in 3years ago as I was 99% sure. I used the chat feature. They confirmed and I explained that a piece was broken. This was at 10:30 am. They had a technician Jon who was great out to me and the door was fixed adjusted greased and good to go by 11:45. Maybe I got lucky on a quiet day but either way this was impressive. No charge by the way as it was covered. Thank you.

From Dylan who did the estimate to Kevin Phillips, a great dude, who installed the door was polite, humorous, hardworking, thorough and made sure we were happy with any and all work before he left. The only frustration was contacting someone at their main office to call me back in order to purchase the door (took nearly a week after calling twice)...either poor communication or the manager(s) are a pinch point. Again, past that, their technicians are the "face in the field" and are top notch professionals and highly recommend this company based on them.
