The best thing was the ability to give an appointment on Saturday. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I didnt like was the tech made me tell him my keypad PIN instead of looking away and letting me put it in myself.

Blake was my tech. Very courteous and efficient. Solved the problem with my safety eyes and while he was here he suggested I install new rollers. The old ones were 39 years old and ready for replacement, so I did. Was pleased with this visit

My door had to be replaced due to the age, cracks, and it “flops” down when opened. The door was not up to code. I called Precision Door Setvice and from the knowledgeable office staff to the onsite assessment on my door - it was truly pleasant. I order the new door (tracks & spring). 3 weeks later (on schedule) the new door was installed. Work was done in 3 hours and the door has never worked as good as it does now! The installer was knowledgeable to my questions and they left my house spotless. Great job people and I mean everyone from the office staff to the installers!

We are beyond thrilled with the professionalism, speed and price that Precision provided to us. We needed to quickly get 2 new garage doors installed. The initial technician that came to provide the pricing also quickly took care of a warranty item with our opener / keypad. He was very friendly and gave us a no-pressure estimate and a very good price. Can't thank Tyler H. enough for his hard work, professionalism, knowledge, and best experience we've had with technicians from any other company. Even though prices were higher than other competitors, Tyler's knowledge and attention to details gave us peace of mind and allowed us to make the right decision to choose Precision. Company is proud of their products, have their logo on every part, well trained professionals, they inspect every inch of anything related and connected to the garage door before and after installation, walk through before and after, patient and actively listen, easy to trust. Lifetime warranty on every part replaced and labor is amazing and worth the price. Our door was unbalanced, and everything connected to the door was messed up. They replaced garage door opener, belts, rollers, springs, electric wire etc. almost everything but the door. Results exceeded our expectations. I just moved into the Orlando area. The previous owner did not use the garages and could not find the remotes. They further could not remember the entrance codes from the outside key pad. What do I do? I called Precision. They sent a technician that afternoon, I had new opener units installed new keypads, new rollers etc. The technician was efficient , knowlegable and extremely courteous. If its broken. call Precision.
