I just received and paid my bill for service performed on 3/16/23. The service tech was very friendly, but as part of the Tune Up Special @ $59.95 the only maintenance that was performed was spraying lubricant on the rollers, hinges, and springs. The lift mechanism track was never inspected or lubed, nor was the balance of the door checked. I pointed out the issue of bubbling on the windows on the garage door. He took pictures but I've received no feedback. I'm not sure what is included in your 25 Point Safety Inspection that wasn't completed.

Matt not only did an outstanding job of totally replacing our garage door and support system opener motor and remotes (we got the full deluxe package system), he did it all by himself. He arrived early and left everything in perfect clean condition. He even programmed our cars!! He is really nice young man and very professional and pleasant in every way, explaining all the features of our equipment. I would rate him an 11! I had new build door installed, 9x16. I was satisfied with the door however the door does not close tightly at the top. It's about 2 inches from closing all the way. The tech said he had to put quick turn brackets on because of the door was making contact with the door. He said he would check into different brackets. I looked in the installation manual and they have a rear mount spring set up for low clearance doors. I have another appointment Monday the 5th to finish putting on the weather seal. I would like to have the problem resolved before they button it all u

Precision sent out Schad Markham, a very personable young man who figured out what we needed in about five minutes and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.
