We had an issue with the door only opening about a foot and shutting down. William arrived within 2 hours of calling and tightened the springs that had come loose. He was polite, friendly, and informed us what he was going to do. All was covered under the warranty. Could ask for better service.

There needs to be 10 Stars ?? for this review! I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Chris Taylor my technician is. My old garage door opener sprocket broke and my garage door came slamming down. This was a huge Safety concern to me. My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door to me. I called them and talked with Chris. He said they would come out and do a free inspection and repair estimate which they did. Chris confirmed the past company that replaced my springs a couple years ago put the wrong springs on my door. Chris gave me several options from fixing my old garage door with the old springs to the Lamborghini Garage Door Opener and tune up.. After careful consideration and looking at the numbers I chose the Lamborghini. I am an engineer and analyze everything. LOL. Once I looked at what an open would cost from one of the Big Box stores, have the springs replaced now or later the decision was easy. PRECISION’s garage door opener, springs, etc come with a LIFETIME Transferable Warranty. The TRANSFERABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY will add value to my home. I am also a REALTOR and see the value in this and will be telling all my clients about this. Chris came about a week from our initial visit and installed a new opener, put the RIGHT springs on my door, replaced cables & rollers. Upon completion of the installation Chris went over all the functions of the door and set up the WiFi App. I now can open/close my garage door anywhere in the world where I have a WiFi connection as well as see if my door is open or closed. HOWEVER, the BEST is I can barely tell the garage four is opening or closing because it is so quiet and smooth. In fact our dog confirms this. He used to listen and wait until he heard all the rattle and noise of the old door to stop before he would go into the garage to head outside for his morning walk to take care of business. The first couple of days after the new I installation he would just sit inside waiting for all the noise which there is NONE. If you have any questions you are well to call me for a reference. I had a minor problem one of my keypads did not work. Service man came and I told him my problem. I told him I wanted my doors checked out. He told me the rollers were deteriorated. I said fix. As it worked out I told him I wanted new motors, rollers and the works as they were old. We finally worked out I bought a system I can control with my I Phone from anywhere. I have a residence out of state so this was what I needed. I am thrilled and the installer was exceptional. I called them back to get them to set up with my Iphone. Robert and Mason both were very courteous and waited for me to get home from NWFS College. I chose Precision because I read the great reviews that other customers wrote. I would rate the level of service as five stars. Both torsion springs were replaced and Robert gave the entire garage door system an inspection for condition, lubed all the important areas and gave the door an operational check. The work was completed very fast and appreciated.

My experience with Precision was excellent. Roger, my technician, was superb, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He may have been the best technician I have ever had. We are very pleased with the new two car garage doors and electronic openers for each that we purchased. Everyone we engaged from Precision was friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the beginning phone call, to the sales rep and the installers. We called other companies for comparable bids. Precision wasn't the highest nor the least expensive. We hired Precision as they made us feel the most comfortable about their products and the way we were treated as customers. We purchased garage doors in the wood grain finish Mahogany. They are gorgeous! And the electric doors are so quiet. We definitely recommend Precision.
