Chose Precision because you were rated #1 on Yelp site and you answered your phone on Saturday afternoon. 7 others did not answer their phone on Saturday. Broken cables were replaced, springs replaced, and all pulleys replaced. The 10 year warranty was also an attractive selling point. Technician, Jordan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Technician JD Kelley was efficient and professional. First, he called ahead of the time scheduled and asked if it was convenient for me if he came earlier than time originally given. Upon arrival, he explained everything; including the cost and what he would do. Once he gained my consent to perform the work, he got right to the repair. Wow! In more than forty years living in northwest Florida I have never had a serious problem discovered in the morning, called for help and had problem fixed before the Sun went down....and on top of everything else, it was a Saturday! Alex called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes. Ten minutes later he was there. My garage door opener failed in such a way I could not open the door and could not get my car out of the garage. In less than two hours Alex not only completely replaced one garage door opener, but both. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. If in the future I need such services, or know anyone who needs such service, this is only call I will make. Thanks for tremendous service.

The technician, Corey, called to inform me he was enroute and even arrived a little early. He immediately saw the problem with the garage door and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He corrected some things that had been done incorrectly by a licensed electrician who had correctly diagnosed the problem as defective sensors and suggested I contact someone who specialized in garage door openers. Not only did Corey quickly install and adjust new sensors, but he adjusted the wheels and lubricated the tracks for smoother operation, and even gave me a discount for being retired military. Precision Door Service is the best!!

ALex was actually early to our appointment and he and the folks at Precision called to update us.
