Brian took him time in diagnosing the issue with the garage door opener. After making a few adjustments to the opener, he also lubricated all moving parts of the door to insure its continued smooth and quiet operation. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician.

Precision Garage Door company is wonderful to work with. Office staff very professional. We have hurricane shutters that cover Large Stain glass windows. We set up an appointment with Precision to do some maintenance repair on them. They were efficient and did a nice job with getting them ready for hurricane season if we find our selves needing them again! So happy we had them come because they are working better than ever. So liked the company so much we had them put on our front Double glass doors an accordion hurricane shutter protection. Again happy with the way they look and very user friendly.

Needed a new garage door after Hurricane Michael. From the initial inspection, recommended replacement, follow up scheduling, and door installation, the entre Precision team was outstanding. At both appointments at my house, the technicians, called ahead of time, were on time at the house, and went to work quickly. With my calls to the main office, the staff was professional and knew my background info. The installation of the new door was like clockwork, the techs were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The finish door looked great and worked as advertised the first time. A-OK!! I couldn't be more happy. My technician Jason L. was obviously highly qualified and experienced, a nice person as well. I called for repair service and he came out from Pensacola, about an hour and a half away, and inspected all. At this time he presented me with Three options. 1, the basic repair 2, basic with a little more and 3, all moving parts for door (upgraded quality) with lifetime warranty. I was able to choose with my spouse while he waited outside. I also read that they are fully bonded, which was a plus to me. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of Jason L. (also manager). This is an honest review (i wasn't bribed or paid in any way) for those whom may think this is too good to be true. The price to value was accurate for any professional business. My time and money was well spent and i hope this review helps all that read it.
