Able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Alex, text a picture of himself before arriving on time. He was well groomed, pleasant and professional. He proceeded to do the safety inspection and when it was completed, provided three options of work to be performed. The job was completed in a timely manner and area left clean. They came as scheduled and said they were preparing 4 quotes to replace 2 garage doors and would email them to us immediately. However, we never heard back from them and it has been 10 days without a word. I guess you earned one star for showing up but definitely would NOT recommend Precision Door to anyone else.

I really appreciated reaching a live operator and making a same-day appointment. Mike was on time and very efficient. I had insisted I only needed to replace the broken garage door spring; which he did. The garage door is solid wood and very heavy. After he replaced the spring, and on his own initiative, he made a thorough inspection and found that one of the Torsion Cables was very badly frayed. It would have surely broke within the next two lifts! There is no telling how much damage would have occurred. Thanks Mike and thanks Precision Door.

This is the second time we've used Precision the first for my Father in Law and this time for us. The response time is really fast and they even turn up into the evening.
