Your tech Fisher was right on time and completed a detailed inspection prior to beginning service. I recommended an opener that met all our needs and even pointed out our rollers should be replaced as the bearings were showing some wear due to their age. Once everything was completed, he ensured that all the openers were programmed, the keypads were coded and even the openers in our vehicles were operational. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service or replacement.

I am so glad I called Precision Garage door when I messed up my overhead opener. I was attracted to the website because it looked very professional, and there were many locations, including near my home. I felt that LaToya who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. Also very impressed that I could get my door fixed same day. Fisher was the tech - very professional, efficient and helpful. My door is pretty new but should I have any further problems, I would call Precision Door. Also I felt the price was fair. Thanks for great customer service.

Precision replaced the springs on my garage door a few months ago, that is why I called them when the door opener didn’t work. I called them in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon, determined the problem and replaced the door opener. Great service, but a bit pricey.

I was so very pleased with Precision Door from the time I made the initial contact. They answered the phone when I called & made an appointment. I know that sounds crazy but I couldn't even get other services to even answer the phone. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. I discussed my concerns with Brian. First things first - when I called Precision someone answered the phone ASAP. That was the first good sign. Secondly, they could send a tech to repair in less than 24 hours. Thirdly, Justin showed up early. Fantastic! Justin not only knew what he was doing but explained time to repair, how and why everything would be repaired and total cost. This young man is “very, very” knowledgeable, professional and personable at his profession. Job well done Justin !!!

I chose Precision because of the excellent job they did on my son's garage door. I didn't think anyone could fix his door, but Precision did. We needed a new opener installed and along with that you get a new pad by the "tween" door, a new pad outside the garage door, the tech oiled the door up and even programmed our homelink for us! Thanks Brian! The only little nag I have is that Precision doesn't include a bulb for the opener, they use one from the old. My recommendation is they start supplying a nice 75W LED bulb in there, which is what we did immediately after Brian left. Now everything is bright and new. Will definitely use Precision again and have already recommended them.
