Review:

Derrick was very experienced and informative. He diagnosed a crimp in our rails caused by our original installer in our original builder grade door opener motor that wore it out. He replaced with a high quality door opener that is quiet and big difference in the quality. He fixed the crimp and adjusted the torque correctly. Also Derrick was helpful and patient in giving us instructions on use and also maintenance and tested multiple times with us. Gave us his card and made sure we had no questions. Checked all the hand openers and wall units thoroughly. Can't say enough good things. Professional.
