I heard their Ads on the radio... I called them when my garage door broke. They answered immediately, set my appointment, and were there in No Time! The rep, Willy, was amazing, he fixed everything for a very reasonable price, and walked me thru how to use all the new great features. I HIGHLY recommend Willy and Precision!

We had a lot of noise coming from the garage door motor, so we called to have someone come and give an estimate to fix problem. Tyrone came and proceeded to tell us that all the rollers and stems would need replacing. He said the stems were to small, and needed to be 7 inches instead of 3. He said the motor would need replacing. Estimate over $2000. Had Boynton Garage door come. Replaced the motor $500. Noise gone! Rollers fine. My next door neighbor had a problem with sensor alignment. Tyrone gave her the same story he gave us. She told him to leave. Her fix was $50. Don’t use this company!

The broken springs that Precision replaced months ago were undersized and may have lead to the subsequent premature failure of the garage door opener. When notified, a technician was scheduled to return; he quickly and efficiently removed the inadequate springs and provided the proper equipment. I would not recommend Precision Garage Door Service and did not use them to replace the opener.

At the end my opinion was to replace de poor quality Ryobi by the top of the line brand new LiftMaster garage door opener. I’m very happy with the final result. The new garage door opener lifts my hurricane garage door smoothly, without all the “rail bumps” I used to see and hear when opening and closing the garage door. One of the best experience I have ever had with a home service repair call. Same day service! Tommy, the technician was outstanding. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and communicated exactly what and how it can be fixed. He even went out of his way to explain some preventive maintenance I can do and pointed out things I should keep an eye on given the age of the garage door systems without any pressure sales tactics. When I pointed out a vexing mystery as to why my remote will open the garage door when I return home, but struggles to close when I back out of the garage; he explained i had an LED light bulb that turns on when I open the garage to back out but isn’t on when I return home and attempt to open the garage. Some LED lights can cause interference with your remote signal. It’s these little things that make a great company. I now trust Precision Garage of Boynton Beach with all my repairs.
