The new garage door opener lifts my hurricane garage door smoothly, without all the “rail bumps” I used to see and hear when opening and closing the garage door. One of the best experience I have ever had with a home service repair call. Same day service! Tommy, the technician was outstanding. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and communicated exactly what and how it can be fixed. He even went out of his way to explain some preventive maintenance I can do and pointed out things I should keep an eye on given the age of the garage door systems without any pressure sales tactics. When I pointed out a vexing mystery as to why my remote will open the garage door when I return home, but struggles to close when I back out of the garage; he explained i had an LED light bulb that turns on when I open the garage to back out but isn’t on when I return home and attempt to open the garage. Some LED lights can cause interference with your remote signal. It’s these little things that make a great company. I now trust Precision Garage of Boynton Beach with all my repairs.
