We are very happy with our new precision door mechanisms! Tom came today to adjust the door as there was a noise I was worried about. He called, to tell us when he was arriving, he arrived on time, he was pleasant and was knowledgeable. He was efficient and answered all our questions. I would urge those in need of new doors, motors, etc, call on Precision.

I have used Precision three times now and each time they have been professional, timely, and courteous in their response. The reason for 4 stars in my opinion is value. I find it a remarkable coincidence that the parts used only carry a two year warranty, and yet somehow they seem to fail just after the two years have past. I guess these manufactures have really figured it out. Secondly, after I or anyone has to replace or fix their garage door out of necessity because something broke, please don't have the repairmen hand over the ipad with multiple tipping options anywhere from 10-25% for a 1-2 hour job. I appreciate the man's hard work and his time, and probably would tip him accordingly, but why is a company that is established and as well known as you are allowing this. It's putting the customer in an awkward position to feel like they have to give an extra ($68 - $171 dollars in my case as a thank you). It's not like I had a choice and I'm ordering steaks. It's not right. Precision should consider a better way of handling this in my opinion.
