The Precision Tech came earlier than expected and was very polite and professional. He provided me the cost of the repair and I provided him with a coupon. Vince was such a pleasure to work with. He did a great job at explaining what was wrong and gave me options on what needed to be repaired right away and things that can wait, will eventually needed to be repaired. He showed me the parts he replaced versus the old parts. With the rapport we built, I will cetainly be using Precision in the future as well as recommending them to others.

After seeing their TV ad I chose Precision Door to install a new garage door at my home. I rate the door and the service I received 5 stars. The service technicians were very professional, courteous and made sure the working area was clean of debris when finished. Upon completion it was decided by lead technician that one panel did no meet the quality standards of the company. Precision door returned to replace the panel and made sure it met the high standards the company sets for the products they sell.
