I called about 8:45 and had Chris the technician out to my house before 10 am. He called to tell me he was on the way and was very personable. Chris gave us 3 options to choose from and explained the reason for each option. I would highly recommend this company for any future garage door repairs.

They showed up early, as requested, and did a great job of inspecting my garage door to learn that the coil spring was broken. They gave me a written quote with three options of what to do. Once I told them which option to pursue, they got the job done in less than an hour. Very thorough. Very quick. Very clean. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Precision! From the time that my phone call was answered to the moment my garage door was repaired, I was very satisfied with my experience. The woman on the phone was very nice and quickly booked my service call. Shaun arrived promptly, inspected my garage door and provided 2 options for repair after discussing it with my husband and I. He had everything readily available on his truck so that he could quickly repair the door. Once finished he went over everything he completed during his visit. You guys are the best! Had a new door and opener installed a few years ago, and was very happy with the service. This recent need was due to an issue with the opener, your technician came out that same day (within 1 hour of calling), determined the issue was under warranty, and had us back up and running in 30 min. The best part was there was no charge! I know that’s no way to keep a business afloat, but it was such a nice relief to work with a company that actually stands behind their work! I called Precision Door because I had accidently backed into my garage door I had purchased in 2015. They needed to replace the 2 bottom panels. I was again very impressed with their workmen. They were very friendly, made sure to explain what needed to be done, did not waste any time and checked both garage doors and tightened the belts for us. I highly recommend Precision Door and will tell my friends and family this is a company you can trust and they always do a FANTASTIC job.
