LOl ,I will be contacting lift master to find someone to come check door for warranty and contact another dealer after this weekend ,, door installed in03/23/2021 is used very little ....when I get technical he automatically looks at doors says we need new springs door to heavy ,I asked why ..were they not changed in march then ? he wanted to see who installed door (technician) ,,,looks to me like I maybe need to pull this unit out send it back if it inmptrperly installed then..

Phillip came out yesterday and met with my wife and I. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Basically, he was a very nice guy who knew his stuff!
