I had only one spring installed on top of my garage door and that had broke and when technician came to the house said he can not just replace 1 spring he have to install 2 spring which cost double the money . I don’t think that was right on his part .

LOl ,I will be contacting lift master to find someone to come check door for warranty and contact another dealer after this weekend ,, door installed in03/23/2021 is used very little ....when I get technical he automatically looks at doors says we need new springs door to heavy ,I asked why ..were they not changed in march then ? he wanted to see who installed door (technician) ,,,looks to me like I maybe need to pull this unit out send it back if it inmptrperly installed then..
