No doubt great service! But wow(!) on prices… I was shocked… way too high for the few minutes they were here replacing a simple up/down wall switch and pushing a couple of programming buttons (available online). Live and learn…

Just wanted to provide some positive CustSat feedback on Thomas Botts service today; originally, Damien was supposed to come out and do a check up / assessment on my garage doors but had car trouble en route; Thomas was quickly dispatched to keep the appointment within the stated arrival window. Thomas did an excellent job of assessing my current opener/door/mechanicals and identified where future problems will likely occur for my situation. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Please share this CustSat with him. If I have any future problems, with my doors, Precision will be the first company I'll call. BTW: Your CustSat process requires your customers to set up a Google account in order to provide feedback; As a customer, I shouldn't have to do this. Suggest your streamline your CustSat process.
