My garage door stopped working. I contacted Precision and was given an appointment for next day. Ed Davis was my technician. He called to inform me he was on his way to my house. He diagnosed my problem and gave me my options. Ed is a fun loving person and very knowledgeable about his job. He took his time and ensured I understood the entire process and to make sure I got the best product for my needs. Thank you for great customer service and great service. Products a little over priced, however the service I received made me feel a little better.
