Joseph the technician , called me to let me know he was on his way in half hour and arrived at 11:15am. Quick assessment of the situation and appraisal of cost. Work done quickly. Although I wasn't expecting the price of the products, I'm happy with the experience. Bryce was courteous and knowledgeable and thorough. I initially contacted Precision to remove and replace 1 broken torsion spring. After discovering bad bearings on both doors, I opted to replace the 11 year old builder grade springs and bearing on both my doors.
