Ryan Hudson was awesome. He was very professional and personable. He was a lifesaver. We came back from vacation to deal with a broken garage door. He was here the very next day to get the garage up and running. I was satisfied with my quick service. However, your company should look at your hung door charge. There should not be a charge when the technician simply pushed the garage door down because it was raised about half of a foot from the floor.

Chris was awesome! He explained everything to us and when he was leaving, I let the garage door down...and then let it back up. Chris got out of his truck and came back to see if the garage had inadvertently retracted on its own. Very thoughtful!!! The sensors purchased solved today’s problems!!
