Broken spring, called and got next day service. Mr Carlos was the technician that arrived. He additionally found bad bearings and fixed the door really fast. I also told him about an issue with my other garage door and he identified worn-out (23 years-old) springs so he also fixed that door. Mr Carlos is an exceptional technician who well represents "Precision Garage Door ". He fixed both doors in about 2 hours. I whined about the cost but Mr Carlos was worth every penny. Yes I'm a satisfied customer and Precision is in my contacts.

Garage door motor replaced and adjusted to run smooth. The agent was very professional and took time to explain the door problems to me. Then what needed to be done. I had the motor replaced. It took about 1 hour for the job to be completed.

Excellent service from the scheduler to the mechanic! I called a little after 6 a.m. but the young lady was cheerful, polite, patient and VERY professional! Told me everything I needed to know and scheduled my service. The repairman was Carlos and he was MAGNIFICENT in every way as well. He called and said he could get here earlier than originally thought if I was available then came in completed the job! I recommend this team to anyone!!

I called after normal operating hours one day and had a technician come the next day and perform the repairs needed. Mr. Pike was extremely knowledgeable, asked me about usage, and provided options and costs from which I could choose what was best for my needs and budget. What an amazing and speedy performance by Roy Amerine and his trainee, Chris today, 11/7/2020. Even though I selected Garage Door Repair, it was more of a complete Garage Door overhaul. Roy replaced a 27 year old Lift-Master garage door opener with a more modern brand (Genie) with a ten year warranty . He also replaced the dilapidated spring with a torsion package with a seven year warranty included. Also, a new key pad was installed and an app was downloaded to my phone to operate my garage door remotely. I am completely satisfied with the service provided. I wasn't expecting to overhaul my garage door when I woke up this morning, but I am pleased that I call Precision. Roy is an awesome technician. He explained everything in detail ie., the repair to be performed, the cost, and the time to complete the entire job. He was friendly, kind and very professional. I had no problem or worry allowing him to do what obviously he was great at.

Roy Provided a great positive attitude on my garage condition and quoted me a cost of approx. $500 to replace door bearings, and indicated I had 7 days to consider repairs; however, never sent me a detailed quote to review. I contacted another garage door repair company for a second opinion and they reviewed the condition and indicated it just needs some minor adjustments and quoted me a repair cost that was approx. 66% less than your company and did not require any part replacements. Overall, the other company repaired my garage in less than 30 minutes.

We are sorry you felt you received 1 star service, our goal is to provide 5 star service with every call, no matter if we are just giving an estimate or repairing your door. We do try to be as competitive as possible with our pricing and we completely understand you wanting to get a second opinion. We offer three quotes on all calls we go on and the quote you are referring to was for $437.63 which included the fee for making your door operable again, replacing 2 end bearing plates (which are a heavy duty and high cycle brand) and a 1 year warranty. Our quotes were given based on the 25 point inspection that we complete on every call we go on. Your door failed 6 items on that inspection list which is why replacing parts was quoted to you. Other companies might be cheaper, but you have to compare the quotes exactly the same (quality of parts used, experience, warranties included, etc) and as you stated, the other company didn't even replace parts. We hate that we were not able to earn your business and we hope that you were able to get your door needs taken care of by the other company. If we can assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to call us.

Expectations exceeded! Roy Amerine was the technician that arrived to service/ repair my torsion springs. Roy provided prompt and professional service. He adhered to COVID-19 safety protocols with mask and gloves. My garage door operates smoother and quieter now than when it was installed in 2014. They also applied a military discount. The 7 year warranty was a pleasant surprise!
