The service was great, technician performing the repair was great, My only negative mark was the pricing, I have no problem paying for services rendered, however, When I called in and spoke to Taylor (who answered the phone) I was quoted between $300-$400 dollars, plus a $59.00 service call fee, I even looked up the part number and saw the cost of the spring, When the Technician quoted me over $600.00 dollars, I was blown away!!, he immediately went into downing the original installation of my whole garage door system, saying it's been replaced before due to the parts coming from HomeDepot (that's falsity, my home is 7 years old, they are the original parts from when the home was built), also saying the springs that he is replacing were to weak, etc., etc., He continued to say I should rebuild the entire system for well over $1,000 dollars!! I was quoted on the phone by Taylor that the cost of the springs were $88.00 dollars a piece, I was charged over $200.00 dollars a piece, just for the tech to give me $75.00 off "after he called his boss", in the end the tech was professional, work was performed properly, as far as over charging, definitely will not be using you company again in the future.

I am actually a repeat customer but this time my experience was not nearly as good. The technician came to my house to program a third remote for my garage door and install a locking mechanism on my lawnmower closet door however, when he returned from his truck he told me that he had to order parts, which I paid for on the spot, and they would contact me within a few days to set up an appointment to come and complete the job. That was three weeks ago, so I took the initiative to call them only for them to tell me they would call me back. Unfortunately that was to no avail.

My son recommended Precision to me. I called and they set up appointment for two days later. Showed up at 8:30am (right on time). I had a young man named Phillip Demeo. He was great. Very courteous and Professional. Had to replace all parts to garage door before putting in an opener. Never stopped working. I would use them again and also recommend them to anyone.

Donnie arrived at my house on 8/12/2020 to replace my 25 year old garage door and opener. Working from around 1:00 - 6:00, he removed the old unit and replaced it with my new garage door system. I was surprised that he was able to install it by himself, but he was very workmanlike in his approach. Before he left, he walked me through the operation of the door and opener, and he was professional throughout. I'm extremely pleased with the final product and Donnie's installation.

I am very please with Brad. He replaced rubber pieces on bottom of both garage doors which had been letting water come inside when it rained. He was quick, knowledgeable and very personable. Would never use any other company. Highly recommend Precision Garage

Our thanks once again to Precision Door and to Brad for getting our garage door back in working order. We had been pleased with the installation of the new opener in November 2018 and were puzzled when it would not respond today (02.22.19). Brad had to replace the faulty unit with a new one and we are once again able to use the garage door. The service has been prompt and efficient.

Garage Door repair- new spring, rollers, and pulleys replaced. Rollers on second replaced. Brad, our installer did an excellent job- knew his business, and was very friendly and professional. No rush, but the second garage door does not come down completely This was the case before, but the space has increased on the left side of the door
