Thank you so much! Technician called ahead, arrived on time and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Quick install, showed us how to work our new key pad, and openers! We would recommend Precision Door and Jonathan Ferreira to anyone! Purchased springs, rollers, opener, bearings, etc.
