I had a new garage door motor, guide, springs, door rollers, bottom plates, and sensors installed, plus had my other two garage doors serviced. Also had new keypad and interior door button installed and programmed along with two new remotes. The gentleman who performed the work did a great job, got everything done quickly, was very pleasant to deal with, and the prices were very fair. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Brad Blankenship came out yesterday to give us a quote on a new garage door and opener in a home we've just purchased. We were extremely pleased. George Wentz did an excellent job, he arrived on time, he was very professional in explaining what had to be done, why and various options to consider before we finalized our decision. He then proceeded to install the garage door openers in an efficient manner and made sure that all openers were working properly. My only issue was with the call center that answered my first call to Precision, on that call they informed me that they did not service Hilton Head Island even though the web stated that they did. When I challenged the call operator and stated the web site states they do service HH they just said they do not. Fortunately I called back at a later time and had an operator who realized they do service HH and placed my repair request.

Very pleased with service. Needed an immediate repair to garage door in order to get cars out of garage. Service provider arrived within 45 minutes (at 7:15PM!!) and completed replacement of broken spring in an hour. Couldn't ask for better emergency repair service than that.
