Called Precision for a good health check on four (4) door openers thinking they were located on Hilton Head. Found out they only have a showroom on island. Nonetheless - Brian showed up and did a remarkable service. Knows his stuff - and ended up doing three tune-ups'. Found the 4th opener unserviceable. Dangerous if used so we unplugged it for service down the road. Brian also educated us on service areas (all over the place) and virtually complete service from inspections to fully new installs. Brian is a hellava great representative for Precision, has people skills and we look forward to having him back.
