Our door failed to open and we needed to have it worked on. We called and made an appointment for the next day at a convenient time for us. Your Technician called the next day and asked if he could come earlier, I said yes and he showed up and looked at what the problem was and then suggested two options. We chose the second one and he started repairing the door. When he was finished he showed me what was replaced and why. He went thru and tried the door out before he left to make sure I was satisfied. I was and I would recommend him and your Company to my friends Paul Sullivan

I called your company and was amazed when they said they will have a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jordan S. gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was in route to my home. Jordan arrived on time and and was extremely friendly. I knew I needed/wanted a new garage door and garage door opener. Jordan explained my options and even made a few suggestions. I was very grateful for his advice. I wanted to get another bid before making my decision. But after talking with Jordan and his knowledge about his products. I knew I was getting quality products backed by a company that takes pride in its customers and signed the paperwork. I can't wait for them to be installed. I will defiantly be referring your company to my family & friends. Thank you Jordan for making my buying experience easier than I anticipated. You Rock!
