Technician arrived and completed work in a professional manner. That being said, that is the only portion that was the only thing that happened as planned . I was quoted a base price even though I gave my garage door measurements weight and height , which I was told by the technician was all that I needed. I was then up sold on bearings which I was told by the technician all spring replacements should have yet was not informed. That being said the work was done well and my garage door opens I just couldn't recommend or refer

Definitely 5 stars!! I called today (Sunday) at 1:45pm to see if I could schedule an appointment for Monday because one of our torsion springs broke on the garage door. We had one car in the garage and one in the drive way. The lady I spoke to on the phone said she could have a tech come out TODAY between 2-4pm with no weekend charge. I’m impressed for the quick service! She answered all of my questions (service call charge, approx cost to replace the spring, etc). The tech called me 25 minutes later and said that he would arrive at 3pm (we live in Maryville, IL). Cal arrived and was very professional and educated. We had both springs replaced and decided to replace our garage door opener also. Cal was quick and efficient and was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs. Impressed again! We will definitely be recommending Precission to our friends & family!! Thank you!
