Mike just came and our garage door opener is operating again. He had it fixed within minutes (due to a power surge). He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. This being the first time I have had to deal with garage door issues, I did not know what to expect. Patrick was very professional and thorough. After trouble shooting my issue. He explained my options for fixing my garage door and the applicable pricing. He kept me informed of his progress as he made some fixes on the door. I will definitely be coming back when it is time to replace my garage door openers as well.

The door was installed correctly and in a very timely manner. The installer was very courteous and respectful. The only reason this isnt 5 stars, there was a small dent on one of the interior panels, from the factory. Additionally I had to sweep to sweep up some minor debree.
